2nd Cooking class!!This time only Pauline and I went for the class.
The pork chop was very tender even after deep frying. The sweet sour sauce is also very nice.
The lamb stew also not bad, I like the carrots and white radish more than the lamb. Maybe because its not cooked long enough, hence, the meat is not as tender as I expected. But the taste is quite nice. However, I dun really like the cinnamon taste, so if I were to cook this dish, I will not add cinnamon.
The chicken rice is nice but the procedures were super complicated. Too much hassle. But the garlic sauce is very very nice.
